Alemania Deutschschule
I've studied German at a couple different schools and Alemania in Luzern (Bern and Zürich) came out the winner! Their intensive group program is 5 days a week and held in 2hour blocks. The methodology supports the idea that shorter study time over a longer period aids learning and maintains interest levels. The timing also makes it easier to fit school into busy lives. Unlike other schools, homework is assigned most days. The work requires, on average, 1-2hours of additional effort depending on your style, level and motivation. Group pricing is reasonable . Privates are 60min, versus 50min common with other institutes, and follow "standard" rates. The staff and teachers are supportive and proficient. I highly recommend Alemania for your German Language needs. Link 1
Eurocentre - French Language Studies
I studied with Eurocentre in Lausanne on two occasions broken up by 4 years but totaling 9 months of French training (25hours per week). The experience was invaluable. They do not teach from a single book but use of variety of sources to encourage students to learn. The style was a bit "loose" for me, but in the end I sat first for the CEFP1 and later for DELF B1. I highly recommend them for your French learning needs.
